By installing or using the Pulsvina app, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age. You are voluntarily choosing to use this platform. You agree to follow and comply with all rules written here.

Pulsvina is only a connector platform. We: Do NOT sell blood. Do NOT charge any fee for donation. Only connect donors and receivers – communication and meeting is between the involved parties.

Pulsvina: Does not medically check donors. Does not verify blood safety, disease status, or suitability. Is not responsible for any medical conditions, reactions, infections, or injuries resulting from donation. It is the responsibility of: The donor → to ensure they are medically fit before donating. The hospital/receiver → to medically test blood before use.

Users agree that: They will provide true and accurate information. They will not misuse personal data of donors or receivers. They will treat all users respectfully. Any harm or misuse of information is the user's own responsibility – not Pulsvina's.

Personal data such as: Name, Phone Number, Location, Blood Group… is used only for the purpose of connecting donation. For more detailed information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Pulsvina does not guarantee: That donor will always be available, Response time, Or donation completion. Donation is fully voluntary and optional.

Pulsvina reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts if: Fake information is used, Threats / abuse / harassment, Illegal activity, Data misuse.

Pulsvina may update or change these terms at any time. The newest version will always be available on this page.
