⚠️ We do NOT collect financial information, passwords, CNIC details, or sensitive medical records.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for: Connecting donors with receivers, Showing donor availability to nearby users, Sending app notifications or emergency alerts, Improving app experience and safety, and Preventing fraud or misuse of the app.

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or commercially share your personal data. Your shared information (name, city, blood group, contact number) may be visible only for donation purposes. Any communication or meeting between users is their own responsibility — Pulsvina is not involved.

4. User Control

You can: Request data deletion, Disable your account, and Edit your information anytime inside the app. To request deletion, email us at: pulsvina.team@gmail.com

5. Security

We use security methods to protect your data, including encrypted database, secure communication, and limited data access. However, internet-based platforms can never be 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not designed for users under 18. If you are under 18, do NOT use the service or provide personal information.

Pulsvina may use third-party platforms like Firebase, Google Maps Location, and Email services. These providers may independently collect basic information as per their privacy policies.
